Denise Marie Foster of Gladstone, Michigan, USA scored a hole-in-one on 08/03/08. The ace occurred on Hole 17, a par 3, 90yd hole at Gladstone Golf Club located in Gladstone, Michigan, USA.

Denise scored the hole-in-one with a P Wedge and had this to say about it:

"I could not believe my eyes as I watched the ball trac toward the hole and then fall in. This is my first hole-in-one. I was golfing with my husband, sister and brother-in-law, who were all very happy that they were with me when I made my hole-in-one. As for myself I screamed so loud that they heard me back at the club house. I threw my pitching wedge up in the air and started screaming "I GOT A HOLE-IN-ONE" over and over again (so my husband tells me) I don´t quite remember exactly what I did. I called my parents (who have both gotten their hole-in-one already) while I was on the 17th green retreaving my golf ball. The four some that had just walked off the 17th green also saw my hole-in-one and one of them walked over to the hole to see my ball in the cup and gave me a "thumbs up" sign,. I never thought that I could make a hole-in-one and we finished the 18th hole and proceeded to the club house where I bought everyone a drink of their choice. This was a GREAT DAY!!!"
